Shipping

Because of the handmade nature of our products please allow up to two weeks before shipment. We will always do our best to have your items shipped as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience.

If product is damaged during shipping to the customer then we must be contacted within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product.

We aim for complete satisfaction. Due to the unique characteristics of our products please see below for our exchange and return policies.

Please note that a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your final refund.

You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label PDF. Affix the label to the original packaging and drop at any United States Postal Service Location.

Once your order is received it will be inspected and processed by us.

All refunds made to the original form of payment.

Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

We are not currently accepting any returns on international orders.

All SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Please contact us at info@zurneroceanic.com with your name and order number.  We will be happy to work with you on your exchange of unused product.

Boat Bags

Refunds are not available, unless the error was the mistake of Zürner Oceanic. Please note that our bags are handmade and one of a kind. If an exchange of an unused bag is required, an exchange for the same exact item is not possible. 
 

Wrist Wear & Accessories

All bracelets and keychains may be exchanged in new unworn condition within 10 days of purchase. If the item is not returned under these conditions, the item will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be given. These terms also apply to damage incurred during return shipment.

 

Game boards

All backgammon boards may be exchanged in new unworn condition within 10 days of purchase. If the item is not returned under these conditions, the item will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be given. These terms also apply to damage incurred during return shipment.

 

Monogrammed Products

Monogrammed products may not be returned or exchanged in any way, unless the error is ours.
